The twist of Kurama being a main character the whole time was masterfully done. The Smash Ultimate scriptwriters really outdid themselves this time.

Easily the best smash event I’ve ever watched. EASILY!

LOVED the format, AMAZING games. This was the first time none of the games felt corny??? Every character felt like they could shine in their own way. Every player was playing hottt. The fact that it was steamed on youtube was >>>>
At one point I was half an hour behind because I kept rewinding hype plays that I wanted to see again.

Just a goated event for me as a viewer. Must have been amazing for the players too. Thanks Lud et al

(I’m an ultimate baby but I expect melee to have been goated as well at this point)

The best rule set for melee would be if puff could not use more than 3 backairs in a row, puff can never touch the ledge and puff can only use 1 rest on his last stock unless there is a full moon. In the event there is then he can use his rest as many times as he wants.
