全てのチャートをこなしても50万程しかでないです。何が原因でしょうか？

紹介されたパーティを編成して戦ってみました。
1ターン目に2回、2ターン目に2回、合計4回テンションアップを使用しましたが1度も成功しなかったのでやり直して倒しました。
2匹目と戦った時は4ターン目の時に50%までしか上がらなかったのでダメージが少なくて全滅しました。再挑戦して世界樹の葉と雫を駆使しながら一緒に戦闘に参加した仲間に助けてもらって何とか倒しました。
ハッキリ言ってテンションの上がり具合が不安定過ぎて信用しにくいです。
もう少し改善してもらえませんか？
