Flatline and mastiff have to be the most awkwardly balanced weapons. Flatline and hip fire are not working together. It misses more than it hits. On the other hand Mastiff, when you need a 40dmg you will get 11, 11, 11 and you are done. Mozamb is a better option for a secondary weapon if you need a shotty.
